Neuro-Linguistic Program sessions are directed to improve people's confidence levels to speak aloud their thoughts with clarity, to say the appropriate things with correct grammar, using the right vocabulary, and speak with a higher degree of assertiveness to create an impact in the mind of the listener. When I started training my Soft-Skill students in the above areas, they were thrilled because none of them KNEW that these above things really matter and that with training their chances of winning situations increase 20 times more. Communication skills cannot be improved overnight. It is a long journey. One has to keep practicing it all along the way. One can do this by speaking in English with everyone who understands English. You can also improve speaking skills by watching English movies with English subtitles, listening to English conversations again and again. You must initially memorize few lengthy sentences and use these in your conversations at opportune moments. Don't hesitate to speak even if yoy may speak incorrectly. You shouldn't feel ashamed or embarassed while practicing any skill including communicating in English. Soon, you will yourself realize that you were better than before and have progressed. This is a continuous ongoing process. You will slip down again if you stop speaking in English for sometime. So keep interacting with people daily and learn one new sentence to use in conversations daily. Before long, you will feel quite comfortable in expressing your thoughts in words using right Grammar and vocabulary. Interesting conversations need intellectual abilities. If you have a ready wit and a good sense of humor you can make conversations interesting. All the best. Believe in yourself and start on the above guidelines. :)

You can improve them when you practice them first under the guidance of a good coach. It is important to know if you are right or wrong. Once you do, you can correct yourself and start using the right version. Gradually your skills will improve and this will increase your confidence levels as well. The best online class is the one that makes you feel you are consistently progressing well. You have the freedom to choose your tutor after taking a FREE demo session. Other than that, it is your own dedication to practice daily that will help you reach your goal. Choose a one-on-one tutor if you can afford it. Group classes are also fine if you cannot afford a private tutor. All the best to you.

Spoken English classes mainly consist of Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading and Writing Skills, improving skills of questioning and answering, creative skills to convert thoughts into appropriate verbal expressions using correct Grammar.
