JNV are student with more individual difference and talented too as part of my internship I handled class 8-10 PCM subjects (mathematics, physics, chemistry). I handled them very well. Class 10 is basic for a student's life.so it is important to manage their shortcomings. So I used to take a class and take classes in such a manner that motivated them to read. I inculcate curiosity among the students to learn.I will be the facilitator every time, and they can do it by themselves. My class will be student-centered, they can explain their knowledge, share new concepts, and even raise their doubts. I can understand the psychology of a student, and according to that, I will teach them. To make a student brilliant, we should know the problem that is stopping them from learning. so my first focus would be finding their problem. applying my different ways of teaching to them.
