He is too young. I would always advice an age of 5.5 years to start learning Music. During this time, train him by making him sing his favorite songs, rhymes etc.,
For the next 3 years, you can plan financially to help your childs dreams. I appreciate what you're doing sir.

At least you recognize the talent of your child, very few parsent have talent to keenly observe their child talent. if every parsent have quality like you next child will be like Lata Ji sachinJi & DhoniJi. Lets come to the point about the baby. Its is a really good & positive sign that your baby is listening and understanding the music as well as lyrics and trying to sing. for learning music 'NO AGE BAR' he/she is truly blessed. as you told that your child is trying to sing meanz he/ she understand words. you should contact a good music teacher and get the right guidance and most important thing motivate her/him. beacuse without a family support children can't do wonder. stay blessed.

It's really great that your child is already into music.. I'd suggest you to wait for few more years till your child becomes a little mature to take up music lessons. Individual classes are recommended for children below the age of 12 so that the child does not miss out on any lesson being taught in the class. Special care for tender students is necessary. Wishing your child a great future ahead! :)
