Gym

"I am member of vinipul fitness gym borivali branch and within 1-2 month I am dealing with torture. The dietitian/owner is a total unprofessional person when it comes to her job. When I had joined gym my 10 days was wasted with no diet and reason was ganpati, fair enough. Then my another high level of 21 days got wasted because of many fake/valid reason including Diwali festival and sometime NO reason. An experienced matured person will accommodate dates properly according to their gym member who had paid their hard earned money but borivali branch members are considered D grade members and it seems more weight age is given to panvel members. The dietitian does not have even an iota of courtesy to treat their member in a proper professional way. Dietitian will never revert back with calls on phone. The dietitian confirms meeting on Saturday and just cancelled it as she desires. Dietitian doesn't even care to shift cancelled meeting from Saturday to Monday. She will keep confirming you on call this Saturday then next Saturday and so on. She totally waste other gym members time without even confirming about cancellation. Totally unapologetic about her behaviour. She takes gym members for granted and her callous attitude towards them is totally unforgivable if you had planned to build your body within limited period. I would request people who are planning to join vinipul fitness with personal trainer & dietetic to rethink and make proper choice so you don't fall in trouble. "
