"You guys are cheat. Few months back you conveniently closed down your Mandpeshwar branch without proper notice leaving all the members stranded. Which made us visit visit your Babhainaka branch to claim the balance money back. You conveniently asked us to submit the bills and receive the cheque that too with 15% additional deduction. It's been more than 5 months now and I am yet to receive my dues back. Mr Shashwat who was the face of the gym with innocent face made us believe that we will not loose our money after which he absconded from Mumbai. Stopped receiving calls and made us go around the town to get our own dues back. Warning for general public: Don't fall for these thugs as we have faced the brunt and we don't want you to face the same troubles. Stay away from this gym! "

"The IC Colony location was suddenly closed down without any warning in September 2018 and I have still not received my refund despite several followups and promises and commitments. Pathetic response by the management, they won't even pick up phone calls or reply to messages. Would give -1 stars if possible. Friends, never, Ever join Captain's Gym, or you will regret it like I do. "
