I am Vidhu Mahana, dual certified fitness and nutrition coach from CPPS and the Science of Nutrition by Lane Norton. <br/>With fitness training I bring the following to the table: <br/> <br/>Help people with goal based physical training, <br/>starting right where they currently stand and <br/>work upon their weaknesses while building on <br/>to the strengths. <br/> <br/>With Nutrition, I strongly believe that one <br/>should eat to achieve their goals while staying <br/>happy in the process. Thus, nutrition is <br/>planned according to the client's preferences <br/>and goals in mind. <br/> <br/>I also assist people in building their own home <br/>or garage gyms utilizing the space and <br/>equipment to their best and get multiple jobs <br/>done with minimal investment.
