In this course, students will learn the concept of how some foods are tagged as good and others as bad.
Students will understand how restaurants offer portion sizes and how some small changes will help you eat the same foods in a better and effective way.
We will also touch base upon the fat loss pyramid and where do we place exercise and nutrition in our lives.
To ward off all the confusion wth respect to foods, we will bifurcate them into zones and see how we can select foods from each zone.
Lastly we will learn the steps to plan our nutrition keeping in mind our goals while staying happy in the process.
