Hi Ashish,
Although your 12th percentage is lower than the other degree, it is not low enough to create a hindrance to your IIMs Aspiration. You should keep in mind the following points-
1. Give your best in CAT exams because the percentile will decide which IIM you will be called to.
2. Practice your SOP well; this is a vital deciding factor.
3. Prepare well for the interview.
IIMS have various factors on which the admits are decided, and this will certainly not create a hindrance unless you underperform in any of the above tests.

There can be many courses based on your current qualification and the subjects you teach. If you have not completed B.Ed yet, you must get it done first. Also, if you are an Early childhood trainer, the same course can help. Also, you can extend your teaching through ESL courses that will make you a trained teacher in the English Language.
