I am a certified Pranic healer in India associated with Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) Foundation Trust. We also conduct meditation, personal effectiveness workshop and healing sessions in school, colleges, corporates and NGO's.

YPV is an energy-based healing therapy which uses simple techniques such as breathing, super brain asanas, meditation and healing methods. These healing techniques can cure diseases ranging from simple knee pain, Arthritis, migraine, back pain to cholesterol, diabetes, BP, tumours etc. Pranic healing can also treat psychological ailments like stress, fear, anger, depression, addiction, anxiety etc.

You can learn to heal yourself and others as well. Also you can lean distance healing.

We would heal mainly by using Pranic healing techniques and will have counselling session to understand in every one week to help the person to release the blockages. As a part of the session, we would request the participant to join the meditation and healing session.

Pranic Healing

"Soni is a superb teacher, her knowledge about the topic is immense. The best part of learning from her was her listening skills and patience to understand the questions and to help with answers . he jovial nature adds positivity to the class. She doesn't limit herself to the course but gives you glimpses of knowledge if you have further interested to explore more, a highly recommended teacher for all the courses. I did my Pranic healing and meditation course with her in which she was superb but I know she is good in all. She is also a very effective healer. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to pursue their journey in the this line "
