"I have always liked yoga as i know it has several benefits, but due to lack of time and busy schedule i did not got the opportunity for yoga class. In January when i was invited by a very close friend to attend a free session i could not refuse it and just to do a favor on her, i attended the class, and i kept on coming as after the first two visit i fell in love with it. Yoga is a wonderful path to those who have given hopes for the healthy life. Yoga must learn from a yoga master for the full benefits of Yoga.
