I am a passionate yoga instructor with 24 years of experience specializing in various forms of yoga, including Pregnancy Yoga and Hatha Yoga. My journey in the world of yoga began with a profound desire to help others achieve physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I hold a Master's degree in Yoga and a diploma in Yoga, which has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the practice and its benefits.

Over the years, I have trained more than 10,000 clients through one-on-one sessions, helping them deepen their practice and enhance their overall quality of life. My teaching philosophy centers around creating a safe and supportive environment where students can explore their capabilities and develop a deeper connection with themselves. I have successfully conducted 13 batches, each designed to cater to the unique needs of my students.

I offer online classes lasting 55 minutes, focusing on practical techniques that empower individuals to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. My sessions are interactive and dynamic, ensuring that each participant feels engaged and inspired. I also provide 500-hour teacher training certification programs for those interested in advancing their practice and sharing the gift of yoga with others.

In my classes, I emphasize a holistic approach that encompasses not only physical postures but also breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness practices. I provide topic-wise notes from the Yoga Teacher Certification (YTC) curriculum, allowing my students to gain a deeper understanding of the principles and philosophies that underpin their practice.
