Hello dear,
To develop your skill, first, you have to understand that skills are coming from where, i.e. from your active mind. Therefore to activate your mind, you should do meditation or listen to meditation music at least for 10 minutes daily. In just one month you feel very relaxed & active even though you did too much work in a day, you should try this.
