I understand your concern, and most of us go through this issue. My suggestion to you would be when at home, TEACH. Teaching is the best way to improve your and other's skills as well. Teach small sentences to your family members and make sure to use those sentences daily. Slowly you will automatically build an English speaking environment around you.
Otherwise, You can also practice your speaking English with Online tutors.
