Read more.. Reading gives you more confidence, Because when you are aware of things you get the confidence to speak. Start talking in front of smaller group ( it can be your own friend circle) by regular practice you will improve

What do you mean by Public Speaking Personalities or styles?

EVERY Individual has its own persona and personality.. but Public speaking is a art of how you carry that personality its not about your physical appearance its all about your attitude and behavior.
