I love to see that after such practices people are so calm, positive and full of creative ideas. As I am practicing and teaching yoga, I do strongly believe that asanas, pranayama and meditation cant go separately.

I started learn yoga in 2009, after few years I realise that Yoga is my life and I want to learn and share as much as I can. So, I got certified at International Yoga Center in Ukraine, and after successfully finishing my teacher training , start to teach at the Yoga center in Ukraine. Slowly getting more deeply in different varieties of Yoga styles. Most in my teaching I love to see that somehow this world become better, and people become more healthy not just on physical level, but most spiritually. I love to mix different styles of Yoga in my teaching, so maybe, one day I will have my own style, because every style of Yoga has its benefits, so I can see from my experience that mixing different types of Yoga is very productive in my teaching. I continue to learn about yoga, meditation and pranayama, as it never ends. I use in my practice many props, so my classes can attend everyone.
