Yoga is the best form of physical activity for Fitness because performing different asanas gives your entire body a very good stretching and entire body gets the required exercise. Yoga also includes Pranayama which helps in relaxation and cleansing of one's body. Yoga is the only type of activity which if done correctly will make u feel refreshed and energetic rather than exhausted!
