With two decades of extensive experience in soft skills training and human resources, I bring a wealth of expertise and qualifications to empower individuals and organizations. My academic journey includes a postgraduate degree in Commerce and an MBA specializing in HR, complemented by certifications as a Digital Analyst, PR Analyst, Lead Auditor for ISO 24001, and Certified Behavioral Trainer.

My career began in manufacturing from 1998 to 2003, where I gained foundational insights into operational dynamics. Transitioning to HR leadership in 2004, I spearheaded transformative initiatives, leveraging my strategic acumen to drive organizational excellence. A brief stint in IT broadened my perspective before an enriching tenure in Switzerland, where I served as Head of Training and HR, refining my global competencies.

From 2011 to 2014, I contributed to the growth of a Maharashtra-based overseas company, harnessing cross-cultural insights to optimize HR strategies. In 2015, I founded Semicolin Company, dedicated to fostering talent and organizational development. Returning to Maharashtra Overseas, I continued to elevate HR practices until 2022, when I assumed a pivotal role at Kingstonglobal, overseeing HR and training across six countries.

Since June 2024, I have embarked on my consulting journey, specializing in HR and soft skills training. My bespoke programs, available both offline and online, span 6 weeks to 2 months, tailored to meet specific organizational or individual needs. Each course emphasizes practical application, ensuring participants gain actionable insights and certifications through live sessions and interactive learning experiences.

I believe in a comprehensive approach to education, providing homework assignments and robust study materials to reinforce learning outcomes. My commitment extends beyond knowledge transfer; it's about cultivating competencies that drive personal and professional success.

In my previous role, I was given a task with an expectation to be completed in the routine way. I presented an alternative to approach the given task. Initiatially my proposal did not receive any response. I kept patience, and dicided to approach each stakeholder individually, explaining them the Features, Advantage and Benefit on the new approach. After constant persuation with focus on larger objective I was successful getting everybody on board.

As a trainer and coach, this is what I need to do everytime. Recentlly, I was managing two different assignement simultaniously. One was a group of young graduates being trained in interview skills, the other was a senior professional being trained in communication techniques. At both the places, I had to adapt Transactional Analysis apporach... with young grads it was a Parent-child style where on other assignment it was adult-to-adult conversion.
