Overview

I am an English (Language and Literature) and Odissi Dance teacher based in Navi Mumbai. I have completed my MA in English from the English and Foreign Languages University and also have a JRF-SRF in English Literature. As a professional Odissi dancer, I took up research in dance and thereby, recently submitted my PhD in Theatre and Performance Studies at the Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi.
I also taught Odissi Dance in Delhi, while undertaking advanced classes from Guru Kumkum Lal. My main teacher remains to be Guru Debi Basu of Mumbai and I impart Dance Education to people of all ages and genders in Navi Mumbai.
After a short stint as an English Trainer in Kanpur, I have now returned to my favourite city and want to use my expertise to teach students. I have always believed in a mix of hard-work and smart-work to succeed in life, and want to train the upcoming generation to do the same.
