Vocabulary is an integral part of any language, and for enhancing it, one has to consult all different sources like; magazines, journals, newspapers etc. We all are living in an internet world. One can go online to check miscellaneous online tools related to vocabulary, especially and read and solve many quizzes and puzzles.
Also, keep a small dictionary handy or pocket dictionary so whenever it is needed, it can be used.
Today, smartphones also can solve this purpose if one wants a digital option.
Watching News and movies in the desired language will improve not only the vocabulary but also the accent and pronunciation.
Friends can be involved to play any vocabulary related games like scrabble etc.

As you have got an atmosphere outside of your home by talking to your friends in English, you can create one with your family members. Initiate it with them. Possibly, only you will be speaking in English at your home, but later you may find other members are also responding in English less or more.
Listen to English music and watch English movies when possible. For increasing your fluency in English speaking, you will have to speak English whenever and wherever you can do so.
