"At the first meeting, he showed that he was very professional towards his work.According to his professional criteria, we gave him an advanced payment of Rs 6400, Rs 800 per class.But, just after 2 classes, he started giving excuses like guests in his house, stomach ache etc etc.He would initially say that he is coming, but just 5 minutes before his time of coming, he would cancel the class by giving some reason. He once said that he is facing some serious problem as his mother is hospitalized. I am really considerate towards this.But, then after 1 week when he said that he is coming, he gave some excuse again at the last moment and cancelled the class.So, now, I said him that he seriously has some problem, let's stop the classes and he should return the remaining money for 6 pending classes, that is Rs 4800.He agreed to that and asked for the bank account details to refund the money. The day when he was supposed to return the money, he again gave an excuse that he does not have the money now and will return it on 25th. I was fed up with this man.When I said him that he has to return the money in the right time as decided or I'll file a police complaint, he blocked me as well as my parents mobile number, so that he can never be contacted and can get away like this.I have also complained support@urbanpro.com regarding this, but this fraud person is not picking up their phone as well. I am mentally tortured by this man. There is no option left on my side now."
