Hello sir; as u said u have lower back pain and bad guy health since many years so I will tell u first u start basic yoga once your body get settle in a excercise pattern so u can practice proper yoga variation and it will help u to give strength to lower back n improve flexibility and as it will improve your metabolism also so your gut health will get improve .so breath n start yoga for positive changes
