IdentityShe did her Ph.D. in the area of “Behavioral Finance” from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad (U.P). Her current research interest includes Investment Avenues, Applied Economics, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and Culture. She is the recipient of the UGC-JRF and NET Certificate by the University Grants Commission. Her teaching areas are HRM, OB, and Finance. She has various book chapters, and a number of Conference papers to her credit.
She is well versed and updated with the technological advancement required in the academic arena.
