Grammar is not the only part for spoken English, there are stages to achieve a spoken language, the key starts with listening and reading, watch English channels, English news, and read lots of English books. That might help you. getting the fluency in this language is also knowing the pronunciation of words of you are not confident, you will fumble while speaking, so listen and watch English movies and English channels.
