How to improve self image, self confidence level? I always feel insecure and feel people are noticing me. I don't speak confidently in front of people. I am really fade up of this nature. I want to more socialize, more friendly, to express more confidentiality. Please help me.

Truth is we all feel insecured and inquiry means hesitation. Our mind is always comfortable with old patterns which we are used to, like our habbits and whenever this old pattern of mind is disturbed there is insecutiy. Fact is there is insecurity, just observe it and dont do anything about it, when you accept insecurity as a fact and not wanting to do anything about it you will find that mind has not turned insecurity into a problem. The problem is we never try to understand the problem at first but we always look for answers. Rest you can always go for professional help, Best wishes!

These qualities should help you have a better self image. You also need to use positive self talk. Say positive things to yourself. For an example: Your question says: I always feel insecure. Instead, you can choose positive language and say: I want to feel secure. Using positive or neutral language also helps a great deal. Confidence is born out of love and appreciation for oneself. You need to appreciate yourself more often and focus on all your positives. If you want to socialize more often, become part of networking groups. Interact with like minded people and try acting confident. Also, smile more often. A smile has the tendency to make you feel more relaxed.
