if you want to settle in usa after completion of your bds,then you should try for nbde,it has got 2 parts,one for theory another for practical/clinical.if you can crack these two then you will get a marks which will decide in which college you will be eligible to study for next 3 years for your dds(your heard earned indian bds degree does not mean anything to them),then after graduating you have to sit for another licenciate exam which will give you the eligibility to practise there,the pass percentage for all these three exams for south east asians is below 20% nowadays if you are not a green card holder,oh btw now they have trump there to build a wall.p.s-the cost to study and exams is above 1 crore. so according to me you should try for your mds and then try to open a clinic and practise or join a college as a faculty,or you can try arab countries.

First of all , it all needs focus and calm.
You just have to stay focused and keep calm b'coz you can't learn anything in just a min or an hour .
So you have to do some strstching exercises to improve your flexibility .do these exercises after your warm up proceses and during your warm up time.
Then you have to do the most important work, that's work on your body means your moves control your body move it nice and slowly like a water flows in river.
Mak control on your moves or your dance steps . Start slow and when you got ful control on it .go ahead hit the flow .
