Which is the best book for MBA CET, for all the sections ? Can I prepare from CAT's study material ?
To start off with Arun Sharma after you are ale to solve group C move to Sarvesh Verma for Quants.
For Verbal practice all free sectional exams e.g. www.testfunda.com so that you would get an essence of CAT questions & later you go for Arun Sharma. This was all for CAT.
For MHCET
It is all about Time strategy ( how much time you allot to your favourite and weak sections ).
Remember for MHCET you will have to join mock test series and after December you need to give full length Mock twice a week, you will understand your potential and weak areas afterwhich you can work on it till March. All the best you can ask me more questions over MHCET and it's strategies.

read lessYou may see your preparation in two stages. First on the fundamentals for which any of the above books will do and it helps you for CAT and other MBA Entrances like XAT, MAT, SNAP etc. But for the next level when you are prepaing for a specific test no one book will suffice. You may solve previous year papers of the particular test and also follow the trend in test pattern as well like for example CAT which was essentially a speed paper with 180 question once is now fewer difficult problems to solve. A proper guidance from a good coaching Institute can save your time. All the best.
