If you want to register your Business, can you please answer the following questions.
1. What is the Business you are going to do?
2. Which form of Organization are you interested in? Whether Propertiership/Partnership or Pvt Ltd Company?
3. Are you going for any Venture Capital or Bank Loan etc.,
4. All the studies need to be done before we conclude, because of the regulatory approvals required for your Business has to be studied.
Also, it depends you want to open the class on a district level or national level. On the district level, it will be like a shop act license (Gumasta) or company where need directors along with you and initial some capital is to be shown.
