IT world is changing rapidly and to be honest with the new DEVOPS model that every company are using there will be no jobs for Manual Testing.
So you are actually left with 2 options
1. Go for becoming an Automation Engineer-[ I can help you with that.]
2. Shift Career [QA to Business Analyst]
If you really working in Testing then I would suggest you go with Automation Testing. If you look for jobs in automation testing you will find plenty of them.
If you are a manual Tester and knows or can learn how to do Automation then I think you can get very good salary.
