Suppose, in cell D4, we have used TODAY() Function and for cell D5, we will write the date of birth of different persons.
To get the exact age of the person in terms of years, months, and days, we need to use this formula which is a combination of CONCATENATE, ROUNDDOWN, and MOD function.
The formula is "=CONCATENATE(ROUNDDOWN((D4-D5)/365.25,0)," Years ",ROUNDDOWN(MOD((D4-D5),365.25)/30.41,0)," months ",ROUNDDOWN(MOD(MOD((D4-D5),365.25), 30.41),0)," Days")".
We have supposed that there are 365.25 days in a year and 30.41 days in a month.

The recommended time to learn MS Excel depends on your grasping power which again depends on your interest in the calculation and a little bit of mathematics and statistics.
In excel, there are a lot of functions to learn so that they can be used to manipulate data.
If you want to learn basics only then approximate time can be one month and for advanced excel and VBA, training for two months is required.
Afterwards, practice is needed using various scenarios as in Mathematics.
