"Yoga is indeed a way of life which Mr.Prashant and other instructors at Prayag Centre know how to impart. People skeptic about their flexibility and postures during Asanas should join classes here to learn how to achieve the targets set for our own body in a well synchronised and organised manner with continuous practice. The best part is that be it for weight loss, healing , strength building, fitness , there are batches for all groups and one can simultaneously experience different forms of yoga merging in one under the guidance of Mr.Prashant. I really learned from Mr. Prashant that yoga is never meant to tire or exhaust one with strenous movements but to energise for bringing each cell of body back to life. Over just a month, I have experienced so many changes in my body in terms of removing stiffness from my body to be able to do so many asans that were literally impossible earlier. Also one must try Vinyasa Yoga here for those who love the flow and fast pace. There is still a long way to go but I know the motivation and techniques shared by Mr.Prashant is great to keep me going in the right direction and I know nothing is impossible now. Glad to come across this center and grateful to Mr. Prashant. "
