I have been teaching Guitar from the last 12 Years. I teach both Indian and Wester genre. TO A BEGINNER {Here I concentrate more on creating interest for the instrument among the students I start with very basic finger exercises and coordination of both the left hand and the right hands. Post which takes them through simple chords and strumming patterns so that they get into the groove} TO AN INTERMEDIATE {Here my focus is on taking them through the concepts of various scales, identify by own the chords of a song, handling complex chords like 7th, diminished, augmented, suspended etc., Improvise on a backing track}. To these students I also introduce them to basic lead techniques like bends, hammering and pull offs, slide up and down, bend release, vibratos.
