"I have been looking to join yoga classes just for some activity at home. Started my initial sessions with Dr Garima and after pursuing it for a couple of weeks, I have really started to like it. A couple of reasons for the same are ~ 1. The sessions are not monotonous. Every session is different from the previous one. She would also plan ahead in terms of the set of warm-ups or asanas or pranayams for any particular session, so that the time is spend efficiently and seamlessly. 2. She also explains in detail why we are doing each set with a lot of clarity and though the sessions are over video her instructions and corrective directions are very clear and precise. When I started I thought I will do it 3 times a week, but given that I was enjoying it, I am doing it 5 days a week, which I will also recommend. That lends continuity and since each session is different its also a lot of fun. "
