"I came in contact with mr. Rakesh through my close friend mr. Vishal tandon who is a vlogger / youtuber. Vishal visits places and came across a foreign national who knows rakesh and recommended him for my specific requirements. She also knows him through her contacts. I shared the above short story with you to remind you of the fact that god has many ways of connecting us. So, I was in rishikesh for spiritual healing last month. I stayed nearby the famous lakshman jhulla, and one evening took a cup of tea with brothers rakesh & raju. He observed my cervical problem and assured me that I would certainly feel a difference if I let him treat my problem. I cancelled my plan to travel further and stayed there for another week. It goes without saying that I met other therapists in rishikesh and took treatments from other doctors too in delhi and rajasthan (my hometown is there). All way too expensive! Brother rakesh made me forget my problem in the first 3 sessions. I was getting a treatment that was yogic at its core and my condition was improving. I'm a software engineer and you need to understand that my work requires hours of sitting work in front of laptop or computer. This kind of lifestyle was one of primary reasons why I suffered from the cervical pain to the degree of taking a long break from my job. If you're in rishikesh, take my word, visit him! I've already called him to confirm that I am coming there again. Cannot thank you enough, brother! "

"I am from Canada and taking yoga classes, including TTC and other training's for over 2 years and I can honestly say that Rakesh is one of the most amazing teachers I have ever met. He has so much knowledge in Ayurveda, Marmas, Asana, health in general and is very gifted. He is a serious practitioner himself and can teach very deep and healing yoga therapy as well a typical styles like Ashtanga and Hatha. He incorporates bandhas (energy locks) in his daily classes as well as pranayama (breathwork) making his classes so holistic and amazing! I have learned and healed so much with him. His alignment and adjustments are so precise and so beneficial. I reconstructed my whole core with him! He is really amazing and he knows what he is doing. After training with him I just showed up in a drop in class in Goa as a student and was immediately offered by the teacher to be a teacher in his 200 hour yoga teacher training. That’s how good my alignment is after working with Rakesh. Not to mention he is so respectful of women and people of all backgrounds. He is all in all very professional as well and for his knowledge and expertise his prices are always so modest. He is a rare pearl in the yoga industry these days. "
