"1) Positive feedback only for Science group (PCB) mostly explained well in the local language with written impromptu notes in English. 2) Dedicated Ayan Sir loveable & respected by all students, Commendable ownership shown to student's understanding of the topics discussed with a very soft approach. 3) Cordial relationship between Students & Teacher is always maintained. 4) Class hours is of 1.5 hrs. Thrice a week, easy going and less pressure. CONS: 1) On Low Class strength, always online mode is favored irrespective of others availability at location of institute. 2) Needs to have more exam sessions & Home works to be assigned, specailly for Mathematics, which was highly neglected only to create a child's lack of confidence for the subject. 3) Student Teacher over friendly cohesiveness lacks authoritative decisiveness on students on distress call. 4) Should have standby teachers available for respective subjects in case of prolonged emergencies. "
