If you want to get good fluency in English, then work on your vocabulary. Mind it; nobody can memorise the dictionary, so you have to make your dictionary. Gather some common words, make small sentences with your collection of words, and practice parts of speech interchanges. The final tip is you have to change your thought process. Once you can do that, I can assure you that word will come out automatically. You don't need to do the translation. Trust me.
