As a teacher, I have had the opportunity to work with students in the primary school grades, specifically Class I-V. In this role, I have gained a wealth of experience in creating and implementing lesson plans, differentiating instruction for diverse learners, and using a variety of teaching techniques to engage and support my students. One of my most memorable teaching experiences in this age range was when I worked with a small group of students who were struggling with math concepts. I used hands-on manipulatives and interactive games to help them understand the material and make connections to their own experiences. The students' enthusiasm and progress were extremely rewarding, and it was a great feeling to see them become more confident in their abilities. I have also enjoyed incorporating technology into my teaching, using online tools and resources to supplement traditional classroom instruction. I find that using technology can be a powerful way to engage and motivate students, and it allows for greater flexibility and creativity in lesson planning.
