Mr Sumit, everything is fine. You need open space, registration of documents, go with all the legal and technical procedure as per government rules and regulations. But the other handi you have to be a good skilled, experienced trainer, if you have these qualities then it will be a plus point for you, otherwise first start with any organization and gain it, Once you set your standards, then you can independently open with your Fitness Academy.
This my thinking.... Pls dont take it wrong.

Yes you can start it depends on you how you train yourself you can participate in amature boxing competitions of senior level till the age of 40 on the other side there is no age critiria for professional boxing ...it will be good for you participate in amature boxing competition for experience and as well as for your profile as a boxer to start professional boxing.
