"I booked a demo class with Ms Auli for my daughter twice and waited for more than half an hour for her to join. She did not show up. To make themselves available for the demo class working parents will have to make a lot of preparations and adjustments. And finally the teacher not showing up, that too twice, is very disappointing. "

Hope you are doing fine. I understand your frustration. We are going through a covid situation and a cyclone in Bengal where I reside. I had tried rescheduling the demos but to no avail. Also when their representative called yesterday, I asked to reschedule the demo. The inefficiency on their part is blamed on the teacher. Very frustrating for me as well I have been in this profession for long and never have been negligent to my duties. So that's another inconvenience caused in communication. They book a demo without any prior intimation to the teacher. Hopefully you take off the negative review after understanding the situation. I would be very willing to give a demo to you.
