"I had booked a demo session with her. She cancelled the demo session at the last minute. She did not respond or inform me about this. I think its obvious that we need to value everyone's time. So in effect she not just cancelled an already scheduled class at the last moment, but she also took away my chance of taking demo class from someone else today. A more professional conduct is expected. "
