Casio ctk models is best for beginners n... also in budget to start learning ....you can choose any one of the model as your requirement like ctk 1500 n... ctk 3500 or also you can choose yamaha low budget keyboard for learning

if you are loking for anything below 10,000 then PSR F51 or PSR E 263 or PSR E 363 61

If you look for a one time investment then 22,000 to 25,000 then go for a I455 or E453. If 50,000 PSR S 670
