Easiest and cheapest way is to listen to Ted talks which is application have plenty of daily audio podcasts.
Hear Audio for 30 seconds and pause. Thn check how much you have comprehended. If you have absorbed it completely.
Then reset the intervell to 45 seconds, and gradually proceed
In ielts you will have to listen upto 3 min audio and you will have keep listen to audio in small parts to reach 3 min
