"My experience with Uma Sankar sir was wonderful, as he has a great and vast understanding of student, whether a college student or a school student , he teaches the student according to his/her capability, he also has a great sense of humour, he never made me feel boring , except of the topic he teaches , he also gives examples of real life instances ; relevant to topic. And he is also friendly in nature but when comes to exams and tests , he is the most strict at it , generally all those test papers are between normal to most difficult possible. When comes to paper checking , he checks the paper as hard as hell, he never gives more than 80% , as i said he has vast understanding of student and he knows to control student and his nature,he never lets a student to feel high he always tries to keep him neutral or below neutral, which encourages the student to practice more for his exams. At last I would say he is a most extraordinary teacher that i saw in my life. he taught me a lot more than just studying. "

Hi Sharad, communication skill depends on the confidence towards the content what you are going to deliver and to whom. For that, the powerful tool is to gather most information as possible through reading, listening and speaking to relevant people with the same knowledge. And to have a long-lasting presentation, one should be easily understood by the target audience. Keep your language simple, straightforward, and most importantly, it should be friendly.

Hi Chetan, as mentioned by you for the students in that standard, actually it is tricky to teach them online practically. And as noted by one of the persons you can use the back camera and use book and pen. But Whiteboard may not give the desired result. Presentations too may not impress, as those standard students might skip the content and consider it as a visual treat. As you might be knowing by now that most of the meeting apps have the option of screen share / Whiteboard options which are very much handy tools not only for the kids but for grownups as well.
