Financial stability: Judges receive competitive salaries, allowances, and pensions. 

Respect: Judges are respected for their role in upholding the law and dispensing justice. 

Opportunity to serve: Judges play a key role in shaping the country's legal landscape. 

Protect fundamental rights: The judiciary ensures that the state and other agencies do not violate people's rights. 

Disadvantages

Case backlog: The Indian judiciary has a large backlog of cases, which leads to delayed justice and a loss of public trust. 

Corruption: There are allegations of corruption in the Indian judicial system. 

Lack of transparency: There is a lack of transparency, especially in the appointment of judges.
