Human brain works in intangible ways. We can train both the consciuos and subconscious brain.
Consciuos brain can be trained by reading, watching informative videos and of course practicsl experience.
On the other hand, subconscious brain can be activated by meditation, travelling, music, our choice of words in life and of course the daily routines. Subconscious mind largely depends on yhe thoughts do almost has an effect on it.
