Saloni that is not a big issue. You can fill the form as per your 10th Standard details. In case of your name, you can procure them with the marriage certificate to assure your authenticity. You can also provide other mandatory documents such as the Adhar card because this document is the biggest proof nowadays. Besides this, you do need to require to show any other document.

Hi dear, fluency does not mean speed only. It means to speak accurately at a good pace. Use sample answers of saying cue cards or third or first-round rather than using any magazine or novel and speak it loudly and record your voice. Then, listen to your voice, and if you find difficulty in pronouncing some words, go to Google and know its actual pronunciation. This method will help you. Other than that, you can converse in English with your friends or those with whom you are more comfortable. You can go to various free applications on android or apple phone and download the same for practice.
