You can take a certificate in a foreign language. Most companies dealing with International companies prefer additional languages. Also, you can pursue a typing course which would be beneficial to you in every job.

Which application do you use to teach student online and interact with them, ensuring both teacher and student have same study material?

Zoom is the best. You can easily share your screen and mark on it. Teaching material can be anything. You can prepare PPT or scan your notes to teach. The best scanner would be CamScanner.
