Morning time when the sun is about to rise is the best time to practice Yoga.

Mr. Iyengear was not very fit physically as a Teenager for which he started practing Yoga and over the time he developed different different props to help people practice Yoga even when they are not 100% physically fit to practice or hold Asana for longer period .

Hath Yoga is the mother of all Yoga forms. In Hath Yoga one asana needs to be hold for a longer time to work deeply on that muscle or body part while mainly focusing on breath .

Vinyasa yoga is a series of Asana that are being practiced in a flow and rhythm and in Hath yoga one asana is being hold for longer period and the focus is on breath.
