She is accredited by various other formal certification like IELTS Train the Trainer and CeTTAL from British Council and other organizations like International Teacher Training Institute which strengthened my training skills and professional qualifications. I hold masters’ degree in English and have earned Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from IMT Ghaziabad. I have attended workshop on Leadership in Education Level 4 Award by Qualifications and Assessments International (QAI), UK. I am a qualified and trained teacher who has satisfied the stringent accreditation criteria which focused on quality dimension Leadership in Education Level 4 Award by Qualifications and Assessments International (QAI), UK. I am an examiner for Cambridge English and ELPA (ICAO)Examinations.
I have been extensively involved in running English Language and Skill enhancement program for both young and adult learners. Training teachers in India and abroad for various effective teaching skills modules, handling parents and students, use of English as an instructional tool and teaching of languages as skills subject using LSRW model. She has done various training programs for corporate organisations which includes PELC/ELPA training and assessment for Airport Authority of India and various other national and multinational organisations. Being an examiner for International English Certifications, I counsel students for study abroad and place them in good universities world-wide.
