You have experience in development and considering that you can start learning Cloud Technology like AWS which will add considerable value to your profile and gradually you can get into the DevOps as it is the present and will be the future of IT industries.
DevOps profile required a combination of a few technologies which includes Cloud Computing, CICD, Automation, Orchestration, Container services, configuration management and lot more.
There are many tools available in the market, but the base idea is the same, so you would need to learn that.
AWS developer is in demand nowadays and will be for the future.

Why not you choosing the OLTP Technique for the Next Step.
Do some research on OLTP Latest and trendy because as a data engineer, we know the value of data source and structure and Modelling.
So, my suggestion is to choose best OLAP Tech or cloud tech for the next generation

Try to move to other domains within your organisation such as Financial domain or healthcare domain. There are a lot of projects in the market in the financial area. Such experience will take you a long way.
Also, learn some data analytics courses. Often update your resume with all the latest learnings.
