CLASSICAL/NYLON STRING:
Yamaha C40 (around Rs. 7000)

ELECTRIC: Squier Stratocaster Affinity series by Fender (around Rs. 19000)
It's always advisable to invest a decent amount and buy a good quality guitar in the beginning, rather than to waste money on a cheap alternative.
All the best!

There's a lot of guitars specially designed for beginners. However, I'd suggest you to go for Kadence frontier series guitars, it's a beginner series from Kadence, it's relatively cheap but serves the purpose.

Buy an F310 from Yamaha, and you'll never regret. Don't buy any cheap instrument, a suitable device will inspire you, and a bad one will make you stop learning early.
