My recommendations, according to guitar type, would be:
ACOUSTIC: Ashton D20/D10 (full size, dreadnought: around Rs. 9000)
Granada PRLD68 (full size, dreadnought: around Rs. 8500
Granada PRS1F (smaller size, around Rs. 5500)
CLASSICAL/NYLON STRING:
Yamaha C40 (around Rs. 7000)
ELECTRIC: Squier Stratocaster Affinity series by Fender (around Rs. 19000)
It's always advisable to invest a decent amount and buy a good quality guitar in the beginning, rather than to waste money on a cheap alternative.
